Founder’s Background and Experience

My Name is Jay Becker, and I am the founder and CEO of Lux-Re Homes, a Neighborhood Realty, LLC company. We are managed under the brokerage arm of the P.A.B. Group, Inc. I was raised in a family of 5 of which each member obtained their real estate license at a very young age. My father has been licensed in 1969, and 40 years later, still holds an active broker's license and works with clients today.

Fueled by a passion of Real Estate I enrolled in Syracuse University’s School of Architecture, and graduated with a broad base education that also included marketing, finance, and economics. I continued graduate courses in Bentley College’s school of Continuing and Professional Studies. In my 18 years as a licensed REALTOR I have been representing clients in buying, selling and leasing, of residential and commercial properties in 2 states.

In addition to my extensive real estate experience I have been directly involved in mergers and acquisitions, strategic development, and commercial financing from start-ups to fortune 500 businesses. I have extensive experience in structuring seven figure plus transactions and my largest transaction was 165 million dollars. These duties have provided me with an expanded skill-set in finance, legal contracts, problem solving, negotiating, and deal closing. I am highly regarded by my peers, and have enjoyed sharing my experience and knowledge with others over the years.

I mentor others on my model of hard work and delivering top tier customer satisfaction as means of assuring long standing personal and company success.
